COURSE BREAKDOWN

Yoga Philosophy and/or Teacher Training Course

COURSE BREAKDOWN

Mainly Satyananda style yoga.

Modules 1, 2 and 3 are full courses on their own. These are for those wishing to expand their knowledge of Yoga and embark on a journey of self discovery.

If however you wish to become a yoga Instructor/teacher, modules 1, 2, 3 and 4 are compulsory.  Our teacher training course is approximately 2 years. It is very much about personal growth and learning from each other. We cover all the requirements set out by the International Yoga Teachers Association and Yoga Alliance, but we do it in an unrushed relaxed atmosphere which gives one time to assimilate the information and allow for self development.
